Registered Nurse (RN) - Peri Anesthesia

We are currently seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Peri Anesthesia to join our team. This position offers a diverse and dynamic work environment with opportunities to provide exceptional patient care.

Shift Details

• Variable shifts between 5:30 AM and 10:00 PM
• Weekly guaranteed hours: 36
• Weekend hours: One every 5-6 weeks
• Call requirements: Yes

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing anesthesia procedures.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and overall condition before, during, and after anesthesia administration.
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about anesthesia procedures and postoperative care.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience in a clinical setting.
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
