Incident & Litigation Management: Lead end-to-end investigations for claims and serious events, managing litigation across all coverage lines while serving as a key expert on clinical review teams. Data-Driven Process Improvement: Harness data capture and trend analysis to evaluate risk functions, presenting actionable insights to committees to optimize patient safety and environmental standards. Policy Development & Education: Spearhead the creation of safety initiatives and medical staff training, including the PACT program and medical device recall protocols, to foster a culture of continuous risk reduction.
