Instrumentation Technician

3-5+ years of instrumentation and electrical maintenance experience, preferable in chemical manufacturing or a related industrial environment. Troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, tune, install, and maintain instrumentation and control loops. Troubleshoot and maintain plant electrical equipment in a 24/7 manufacturing operation. Maintain equipment including pumps, agitators, fans, blowers, vessels, filters, piping systems, and related components. Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, electrical checks, equipment repairs, and component replacements. Read and interpret electrical/mechanical drawings, diagrams, schematics, manufacturer documentation, and technical instructions. Complete maintenance work orders, equipment records, and required documentation using SAP. Support equipment installations, modifications, evaluations, alignment, and new equipment selection. Follow plant EHS procedures, including PPE, confined space, hot work, fall protection, incident investigations, and emergency response requirements. Education: High school diploma/GED required; technical training, apprenticeship, or additional education preferred, with availability for rotating on-call and off-shift support. #J-18808-Ljbffr
