Director, Global Medical Content and Training
Revolution Medicines
Revolution Medicines seeks a Director of Global Medical Content and Training to oversee the development of medical affairs training programs and scientific materials supporting oncology product launches. Reporting to the Head of Medical Content and Training, this role ensures Medical Science Liaisons and other medical affairs functions have the knowledge and resources to effectively communicate with the scientific community.
Responsibilities
- Oversee development of global congress booth materials and scientific resources
- Lead creation and execution of medical affairs training and content roadmaps
- Manage strategic oversight of training programs within learning management system
- Partner with regional teams to adapt global materials for regional needs and external engagement
- Design and deliver scientific training programs for new hires and ongoing staff development
Requirements
- Director or Associate Director-level experience in medical affairs or related field
- Proven experience developing training programs and scientific curricula
- Strong background in oncology or therapeutic area expertise
- Experience creating scientific materials (decks, infographics, videos, clinical resources)
- Demonstrated ability to partner across functional teams and manage budgets
- Knowledge of learning management systems and training assessment methodologies
