Responsibilities

• Build and inspect company products by working with units or parts.
• Follow established procedures in a team environment.

Essential Skills

• 6+ months of general production and general labor skills.
• Basic math skills, including addition and subtraction.
• 6+ months of experience with hand and power tools.
• Mechanically inclined.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with assembly, assembly line, and assembly drawing.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and tape measures.

Work Environment
Work requires occasional lifting of up to 35 lbs, excellent hand/eye coordination, and the ability to stand for extended periods. Employees should be prepared for consistent walking, bending, and repetitive motions. The work area can be noisy. Hours are 7:30 PM - 6:00 AM, Monday through Thursday, with plans to work on Fridays as well.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Owatonna, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $20.75/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
