This is part of our ongoing hiring process, designed to fill multiple positions over time as positions become available.Position Summary : The primary responsibilities of the Housekeeper involve the upkeep of the community's common areas in order to enhance and maintain its appeal. The Housekeeper will also assist the rest of the staff, as directed, in their efforts to manage the property in an efficient manner, but not limited to, the following functions:Specific Responsibilities:Cleans the office, clubroom, and restrooms dailyCleans and maintains the model(s) (if applicable) dailyCleans all vacant apartments as directed by the community managerKeeps all vacancies fresh and odorless.Cleans and maintains laundry facilities dailyPerforms additional duties requested by the community managerInforms management of supply needs on a bimonthly basis.RequirementsQualifications: :Equipment Use: An employee in this position must be knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of cleaning fluids and tools.
