Buscamos: PR Account Manager Jr. Salario: $3,500 mensuales, con posibilidad de crecimiento según resultados. ¿Te apasiona la industria musical y las relaciones públicas? Estamos en búsqueda de un/a PR Account Manager Jr. para apoyar la gestión de cuentas de artistas y proyectos dentro de la industria del entretenimiento. Esta persona apoyará el diseño y ejecución de estrategias de relaciones públicas enfocadas en posicionamiento mediático, construcción de narrativa del artista y generación de oportunidades en medios clave de la industria musical. Requisitos obligatorios 0-2 Años de experiencia Experiencia en internships o prácticas en PR/ voluntariados, en música, entretenimiento o cultura Interés genuino y conocimiento de la industria musical Excelentes habilidades de redacción en español e inglés (bilingüe, obligatorio) Vehículo propio (obligatorio) Responsabilidades Apoyar el cierre de oportunidades mediáticas para alcanzar las metas de cada cliente Gestionar relaciones con medios de música, entretenimiento y cultura Ejecutar campañas de posicionamiento en prensa especializada y generalista Identificar y gestionar oportunidades de cobertura, entrevistas, features y estrenos Construir relaciones con editores, periodistas y productores del sector musical Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento mediático para artistas (lanzamientos, hits, momentos culturales) Coordinar campañas de PR en lanzamientos musicales y proyectos de entretenimiento Dar seguimiento a resultados y performance de cobertura mediática Habilidades y competencias deseadas Comunicación estratégica y narrativa para artistas Pensamiento estratégico aplicado a posicionamiento en industria musical Habilidad para identificar oportunidades de exposición (outreach proactivo) Buena organización y capacidad de gestionar múltiples tareas simultáneamente Alta capacidad de priorización en entornos dinámicos Atención al detalle en pitches, storytelling y posicionamiento mediático Lo que valoramos especialmente Experiencia (aunque sea de práctica) trabajando en estrenos musicales, campañas de álbum o singles Contactos iniciales con periodistas y editores de música Interés en posicionar artistas emergentes o en crecimiento Capacidad de detectar ángulos culturales y mediáticos en lanzamientos musicales #J-18808-Ljbffr EB Public Relations
