Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery Lead

Compensation: $2396 - $2886 | Shift: 3x12 Nights

Join our organization as a Lead Registered Nurse in the Labor & Delivery department. In this capacity, you will utilize your vast experience and leadership abilities to deliver outstanding care and support to both patients and team members. Your proficiency in advanced fetal monitoring and your capability to guide a team will be crucial in upholding the highest standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the Labor & Delivery team during night shifts.
• Employ advanced fetal monitoring techniques to ensure the safety of patients.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant certifications and standards.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Labor & Delivery.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience is required.
• Experience as a Charge Nurse is mandatory.
• Certifications needed: NRP, ACLS, BLS, AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring (obtained within the last 2 years).
