Speech Language Pathologist

Cross Country Education is seeking dedicated, licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to join our collaborative team and provide critical therapy services across K–12 school communities in Fairfield, CA for the 2026–2027 academic year. Position Overview Provide on-site speech and language therapy services to a K–12 caseload of approximately 50–55 students. Conduct speech-language evaluations, interpret diagnostic results, and develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to support student success. Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary school teams to support communication goals and monitor student progress. Maintain accurate and timely student records while demonstrating flexibility with school site assignments based on district and student needs. Qualifications Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist License (CA-SLP) Prior school-based experience or the ability to independently manage a standard school caseload, with flexibility to support various grade levels Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus Why Make a Move with Cross Country Education?
