What You'll Be Doing

• Operate underground mining equipment to extract materials safely and efficiently.

• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment and work areas.

• Follow production plans to meet daily output and quality targets.

• Adhere to all safety procedures, regulations, and site protocols.

• Communicate effectively with team members to support coordinated operations.

• Ability to operate heavy equipment in a safety-focused, team-oriented environment.

• Strong awareness of workplace safety standards and hazard recognition.

• Mechanical aptitude with the capability to troubleshoot and resolve basic issues.

• Reliability, accountability, and consistent attendance.

• Effective communication skills and willingness to learn new processes and technologies.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
