The Role As a Full Stack Software Engineer at Tutor Intelligence, you’ll design, build, and deploy user interfaces and systems which push the frontier of what robots are capable of. As a contributor to our XR applications, you will write performant, GPU‑enabled frontend interfaces for observing a robot’s surroundings in real‑time. You will also write scalable cloud infrastructure to command and orchestrate fleets of robots. Responsibilities Design and implement control interfaces for real‑world robotics systems Own projects end‑to‑end, from early concept and prototyping through production deployment Work closely with Engineering, Operations, Product, and Leadership to define and ship solutions Improve system reliability, scalability, and observability in production environments Debug complex systems‑level issues across hardware and software Help shape technical direction, best practices, and team workflows as Tutor scales Qualifications Strong foundations in Python and React Experience operating in fast‑moving, resource‑constrained environments Clear communicator who collaborates well across technical and non‑technical teams Strong sense of ownership and a bias toward shipping meaningful work Genuine interest in robotics, AI, and solving hard real‑world problems Experience in computer graphics, realtime rendering, or XR applications Experience in robotics Prior startup experience, especially at early or growth‑stage companies Interest in technical leadership, mentorship, or project ownership Benefits Competitive salary and meaningful equity Fully employer‑covered health and dental insurance 401(k) Unlimited PTO Regular in‑office meals and team events A collaborative, low‑ego environment where people are trusted to do their best work At Tutor, we believe great engineers and researchers are defined by what they build and the impact they have — not where they sit in an org chart or what title they have.
