Description: Manufacturing Team Lead – Euless, TX Pay: $28/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM The Gund Company is seeking an experienced Team Lead to support production operations and lead a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role serves as a technical resource for operators, assists with training and development, ensures quality standards are met, and helps drive safety, efficiency, and productivity. What We're Looking For: Manufacturing leadership or Team Lead experience Experience operating CNC and/or non-CNC manufacturing equipment Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Intermediate math skills Ability to train and mentor team members Flexibility to work overtime as needed Requirements: Technical degree and/or 5 years of manufacturing experience Experience with mills, saws, lathes, routers, presses, or similar equipment Why Join The Gund Company?
