Key Responsibilities

• Travel to various Sonic locations to provide engaging and effective training to new and existing team members
• Ensure consistent delivery of Sonic’s high standards for food quality and customer service
• Support managers and staff in maintaining a fun and loving work atmosphere
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and provide constructive feedback

Ideal Candidate

• 1-2 years of fast food restaurant experience preferred
• Preferred Shift Management experience or Trainer experience
• Enthusiastic and motivated with a passion for training and development
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Adaptable and ready to travel as part of the role
• Committed to delivering the delicious, fun, and loving Sonic experience
