Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) :$7,500 Sign-On Bonus paid out within your first year! Paid Training! Flex Schedules!

Shift Type:

  • Daytime and Night time shifts are available
  • Full-time and part-time shifts are available

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) job qualifications 

  • Must hold a Nursing Degree from an accredited program or college/university
  • A current, unencumbered, active North Carolina LPN   license a current CPR
  • At least one year experience in  Long Term Care

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Description: 

  • Provides direct nursing care to residents in accordance with resident plan of care including but not limited to medication administration, assessments, wound care and documentation.
  • Supervises the day-to-day nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants.
  • Monitor patient's condition and notify physician of any change.
