Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC 2+ years of experience required Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility Schedule: M-F Days per week: 5 Any call or weekend coverage: Only occasionally if there is an admit, but schedule will be adjusted Location Highlights Devils Lake offers a variety of recreational activities and scenic views.
