Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and compassionate care. Monitor patient conditions, administer treatments and document outcomes. Advocate for the best possible patient experience while supporting recovery, safety, and continuity of care. Requirements 2 years of experience as an RN. Qualified applicants must have at least 2 years of experience in LTAC. Valid RN license. Willing to obtain Texas licensure.
