Qualifications:

• Current RN license with experience in Stepdown or Cardiovascular Units
• Solid clinical judgment and critical thinking ability
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts and adapt to new environments

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat patient responses to cardiac conditions and interventions (including PTCA, TAVR, stents, MitraClip, pacemakers)
• Provide post-op care for open heart patients (18–24 hours post-op)
• Care for patients with heart failure and electrophysiology needs
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, participate in national clinical trials, and uphold exacting standards of patient safety
