Job Description Job Description Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Job Summary: Spring Hill Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, a leading provider of state-of-the-art short and long-term skilled nursing services in Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dynamic team. As a PTA, you will work closely with our licensed physical therapists to deliver high-quality rehabilitation services to our patients, focusing on restoring function and improving overall well-being. Responsibilities: Assist licensed physical therapists in the development and implementation of individualized patient treatment plans Conduct patient assessments and perform interventions under the supervision of a physical therapist Implement treatment programs, including exercises, modalities, and other interventions as prescribed Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including progress notes and treatment plans Participate in daily Treatment Team meetings to discuss patient progress and plan for continued care Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes Maintain current knowledge of physical therapy techniques, best practices, and industry standards About the Role: At Spring Hill Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, we pride ourselves on our patient-centered approach and commitment to exceptional care.
