Job Purpose As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be a key member of a market sales team, driving sustainable growth through new operator wins in your geographic market. Your main responsibilities will include: Creating new contacts with targeted restaurant and non-commercial accounts to bring new culinary inspiration. Developing collaborative planning with Territory Development Managers to schedule and prepare for customer meetings. Following marketing action plans (ABM) to contact leads generated from campaigns. Creating penetration strategies, building basket affinities, and analyzing sales data for priority actions. Utilizing tools like Salesforce and Firefly to target leads and secure meetings with key stakeholders. Supporting operator groups with tailored engagement plans. Helping deliver regional business targets in sales, reach, penetration, and market share, aiming to reduce the sales cycle by 25%. Providing virtual culinary consultations and conducting sampling and demos to secure new opportunities. Building and nurturing relationships with trade partners and distributors. Implementing contact management strategies for key customers. Main Responsibilities Digital & Data Responsibilities Engaging with automated leads via CRM (Salesforce). Driving lead conversion and increasing penetration and SKU focus. Continuously enriching operator data for personalized engagement. Implementing omnichannel contact strategies. Qualifications and Experience 2-3 years of experience, preferably in Foodservice. Proven sales track record in Foodservice. Skills in digital and data analysis, with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and MS Office.
