Role Overview

As an Advertising Sales Specialist, you will drive client acquisition and advertising revenue by promoting HungryPanda’s in-app media inventory and integrated promotional solutions. Your primary focus will be connecting with non-food and local lifestyle businesses (such as telecommunications, education, finance, real estate, healthcare, beauty, and entertainment services).

This role is ideal for an energetic, results-driven professional eager to build a career in digital ad sales. You will source commercial leads, present media packages, close contracts, and coordinate project execution to deliver tangible marketing results for clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Prospecting & Client Acquisition

• Identify and qualify potential advertising clients across non-food, local lifestyle, and retail service sectors using multiple outbound channels.
• Build, organize, and maintain a high-quality lead pipeline and client database in our CRM system.
• Conduct regular in-person visits and phone/video presentations to introduce HungryPanda's media products and commercial value.

2. Advertising Sales & Solution Pitching

• Actively sell HungryPanda’s in-app advertising real estate (banners, splash screens, push notifications) and customized promotional packages.
• Understand client marketing goals (brand awareness, local foot-traffic, app downloads, lead generation) and propose suitable ad packages tailored to their budget.
• Drive the full sales cycle from initial contact to proposal delivery, overcoming objections and securing contract commitments.

3. Contract Execution & Campaign Delivery

• Lead commercial negotiations regarding pricing, campaign duration, and ad placements to finalize agreements smoothly.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Design, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure ad assets are submitted, scheduled, and launched accurately on time.
• Track payment milestones and manage invoice collections in accordance with contract terms.
• Collect performance data (impressions, clicks, conversions), share regular campaign summaries with clients, and identify opportunities for repeat bookings and upsells.

Job Requirements

• Experience: 1–2 years of sales, business development, outbound prospecting, or account servicing experience (fresh graduates with relevant internships or strong commercial drive are welcome to apply). Experience in advertising, digital media, or local directories is a strong plus.
• Sales Drive: Goal-oriented mindset with high motivation to hit sales quotas and earn commission; resilient and comfortable with field sales visits and cold outreach.
• Communication Skills: Confident interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills; able to quickly build rapport and establish trust with local business owners.
• Organizational Skills: Solid time management and detail orientation; capable of managing multiple campaign tasks, client inquiries, and launch timelines concurrently.
• Team Spirit: Collaborative attitude with an eagerness to learn and work smoothly with internal operations and creative teams.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is a must to communicate directly with local Asian merchant partners; working proficiency in English is required for internal systems and documentation.

岗位职责

1. 潜在客户挖掘与资源建库

• 负责本地生活服务行业（如电信通讯、教育培训、金融理财、房产中介、医疗美容、休闲娱乐等 非餐饮类行业 ）广告商机的拓展；
• 通过扫街拜访、电话外呼、社群互动等多渠道主动开拓潜在客户，建立并持续维护精准的客户资源库；
• 规范化使用 CRM 系统管理销售跟进流程，记录拜访细节与客户需求。

2. 广告产品销售与方案提案

• 负责向客户推广并销售平台站内广告资源（如App开屏弹窗、首页焦点图、Push消息推送等）以及定制化营销套餐；
• 深入沟通客户的品牌宣传与获客诉求，结合平台资源制定高性价比、个性化的广告投放方案；
• 独立主导销售会谈，专业讲解投放价值，高效打消客户顾虑并促成订单成交。

3. 商务签约、项目落地与维护

• 负责广告合同的具体洽谈，就投放价格、周期、排期及展示形式达成共识，顺利完成合同签署；
• 协同内部设计、运营及外卖业务团队，推动广告素材提交与排期上线，确保投放项目保质准时落地；
• 跟踪合同款项进度，负责应收账款的催收与跟进，确保资金按期回款；
• 收集广告投放数据（曝光量、点击率等），向客户反馈投放成果并提供持续优化建议，争取二次续约与长期合作。

任职要求

• 经验要求： 1–2年销售、商务拓展（BD）或客户维系经验（具备互联网广告、移动端App媒体销售、本地生活推广经验者优先；优秀应届生如具备较强销售热情与实习经验亦可考虑）；
• 销售特质： 具备明确的目标导向思维与成单意愿，抗压能力强，乐于接受地推拜访与陌生拜访挑战；
• 沟通能力： 具备良好的表达、倾听与商务谈判技巧，擅长与中小企业主及市场负责人建立融洽的合作关系；
• 执行组织： 做事细心有条理，具备良好的时间管理能力，能多任务并行推进并跟进交付细节；
• 团队合作： 具备良好的跨部门协作意识，乐于在多元文化的快节奏环境中学习与成长；
• 语言能力： 普通话流利是硬性必备条件（Mandarin is a must），能无障碍与目标商户决策人沟通；具备良好的英文工作沟通与基础读写能力。
