Exceptional new graduates will be considered! 24 bed Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) with an average daily census of 13 babies Over 1,900 deliveries per year; 300 NICU admissions per year A positive and collaborative environment is facilitated by a very supportive relationship between physicians and APRNs. 24/7 NNP coverage with on-call neonatologist at night. Flexible, 24-48-hour shifts support an excellent work-life balance. Our physicians and APRNs use amultidisciplinary team approachin managing clinical care. Leadership, policy development, mentoring, education, and quality improvement opportunities.
