Responsibilities Work on matters across the globe Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of agreements, including letters of intent, purchase and sale agreements, hotel management, license and franchise agreements, joint venture agreements, and more Advise on financings, including negotiation of loan documents and related deliverables Manage deal closings from start to finish Conduct due diligence and handle all aspects of transactional work Position Requirements Personal skills/attributes Excellent academic credentials and proven analytical ability Outstanding oral and written communication skills Strong organizational and interpersonal skills The ability to manage competing demands with efficiency and poise A collaborative spirit and a commitment to teamwork Technical skills 2–4 years of legal experience in real estate/transactional work (hospitality industry experience is a plus) Previous law firm experience (large and sophisticated deal experience preferred) Other requirements Must be licensed to practice law and be in good standing in the state where the hired candidate will be practicing Salary and Benefits Based on state laws, the salary range for this position is $235,000 to $310,000, depending on experience.
