Wired Minds Tutoring is dedicated to reigniting a passion for learning because when learning is individualized, the whole child thrives. We believe in making education an enjoyable and enriching experience. Role Description This is a part-time on-site role for an Elementary Reading Tutor located in Greer, SC. This role will be responsible for providing one-on-one or small group tutoring in elementary reading comprehension and phonics, as well as foundational math skills. Day-to-day tasks include working 1:1 with students to improve their reading and math skills, assessing students' progress organically throughout the session, and communicating with parents and guardians to provide updates and discuss strategies for improvement. Qualifications Proficiency in teaching reading comprehension Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills Teaching experience and knowledge of educational practices Consistent availability for a minimum of 4 hours per week between 3 and 6 pm during the weekdays. Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor Bachelor's degree in Education or related field is preferred Ability to work on-site in Greer, SC is required #J-18808-Ljbffr
