Manufacturing Technician - 2nd Shift

Manufacturing Technician position supporting consumables production in an ISO 13485-regulated environment. Responsibilities include operating semi-automated equipment, performing quality inspections, and assisting engineering teams with process improvements on a second shift schedule.

Responsibilities

Operate semi-automated equipment and associated software for capillary coating and cartridge fabrication
Conduct in-process quality control inspections and maintain documentation
Support process engineers and cross-functional teams in troubleshooting and implementing improvements
Ensure adherence to ISO 13485 compliance and regulatory documentation requirements
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives under supervisor guidance

Requirements

High school diploma with 2+ years manufacturing experience
Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Proficiency with measurement and inspection tools
Knowledge of standard operating procedures and quality documentation
Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
Microsoft Office and basic ERP system competency

Compensation: $19.20 - $26.40
