Food and Beverage Manager

The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire food and beverage operation within the establishment, ensuring that all services meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field. Proven experience in food and beverage management or a similar role. Knowledge of current food and beverage trends. Responsibilities: Develop and implement food and beverage strategies that align with the overall goals of the establishment. Manage daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and quality assurance. Train, mentor, and supervise food and beverage staff to ensure high levels of service and performance. Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Collaborate with the culinary team to create and update menus that cater to customer preferences and dietary needs.
