alivi is seeking a first‑line IT support specialist to assist employees across the organization with endpoints, identity, and collaboration tools. You will troubleshoot incidents, document steps, and partner with Systems Administration and Security to maintain reliable, secure operations and a strong employee experience. Responsibilities include onboarding/offboarding, managing Entra ID and Microsoft 365 access, using Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, and handling tickets via Jira Service #J-18808-Ljbffr
