Graphic Designer

Graphic DesignerThe Graphic Designer will support the development of branded creative content across both Jonathan Club locations. Working within the Club's established visual identity, this role will create marketing materials that support sales, member recruitment and member engagement. The Graphic Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams and receive creative direction to execute design requests accurately, consistently and on schedule.The Graphic Designer is responsible for the following:Create on-brand creative assets for print and digital channels, following Jonathan Club's established visual identity and brand standards.Develop and maintain an organized system for submitting, prioritizing and monitoring creative requestsProduce a range of marketing materials, including event collateral, signage, menus, email graphics, digital displays, social media assets and internal communications.Prepare accurate, production-ready files for print and digital use, ensuring all specifications and formatting requirements are met.Review and proof all materials for visual consistency, accuracy and alignment with brand standards before delivery.Communicate project status, timelines and outstanding needs to internal stakeholders throughout the creative process.Organize and maintain design files, templates, photography and other creative assets for efficient access and future use.Coordinate with print vendors and other external partners as needed to confirm specifications, review proofs and support timely production.Incorporate feedback from internal stakeholders and the Brand & Marketing Director to refine materials and complete projects efficiently.Requirements:Portfolio required.High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in Art, Design, or a related field is a plus.3+ years professional design experience in freelance creative or agency environment.Strong graphic design fundamentals (layout, typography, composition)Background in hospitality is preferred.Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines while maintaining attention to quality.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Pay Range: $26.00/hour - $28.00/hourAt Jonathan Club, our values of Family, Community, Wellness, Respect, and Passion are at the heart of everything we do.
