Whether you're an experienced coach or looking to advance your fitness career, you'll have the chance to work with an engaged membership base, develop your skills, and make a meaningful impact every day.Position SummaryAs an F45 Coach, you will lead group training sessions, coach proper movement mechanics, motivate members of all fitness levels, and help create an energetic, welcoming environment that drives member success and retention.Key ResponsibilitiesLead F45 group training sessions with energy and professionalism.Demonstrate exercises and provide coaching, modifications, and progressions.Ensure member safety through proper exercise instruction and technique correction.Build strong relationships with members and create a positive training environment.Deliver an exceptional member experience during every class.Studio OperationsMaintain a clean, organized, and professional studio.Assist with equipment setup, breakdown, and maintenance.Attend team meetings and training sessions.Collaborate with coaches and staff to support studio operations.Community & GrowthParticipate in community and member engagement events.Support studio growth through referrals and relationship building.Assist with studio tours and prospective member introductions when needed.QualificationsRequiredNationally accredited Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, AFAA, NFPT, or equivalent).Current CPR/AED Certification.Strong knowledge of exercise science and functional movement.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to coach and motivate groups while maintaining safety and engagement.Availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional events.Preferred1+ year of personal training or group fitness coaching experience.Experience with HIIT, functional training, strength training, or circuit-based programs.Group fitness certification.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive hourly pay ($35–$60 per hour based on experience and certifications)Performance-based bonus opportunitiesOngoing education and professional developmentCareer advancement opportunities within a growing multi-studio organizationComplimentary studio membershipSupportive and collaborative team environmentOur CultureTeam-oriented and collaborativeMember-focused and supportiveResults-driven and accountableProfessional and growth-mindedEnergetic, positive, and community-focusedIf you're passionate about fitness, love helping people succeed, and want to grow your coaching career with a leading fitness brand, we'd love to hear from you.
