Data Center Night Shift Lead (Bilingual-English/Spanish)

DATA CENTER NIGHT SHIFT LEAD (BILINGUAL – ENGLISH/SPANISH) Overview We are seeking a bilingual Data Center Night Shift Lead to oversee overnight operations with a strong focus on supervising cabling technicians. This role ensures consistent workflow, quality control, and adherence to operational standards during night hours. Key Responsibilities Lead, guide, and support night‑shift cabling technicians Assign tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure project deadlines are met Oversee installation, routing, labeling, and testing of network and fiber cabling Maintain data center cleanliness, organization, and rack readiness Conduct quality checks on all cabling and documentation completed overnight Assist with troubleshooting connectivity issues and escalating when needed Provide shift reports, handoff summaries, and status updates to daytime management Uphold safety and compliance standards throughout the data center Serve as the point of contact for night-shift needs, incidents, and workflow decisions Travel as needed to support projects and work primarily from Abilene, TX Required Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish Experience leading teams or acting as a shift lead in a data center or similar environment Strong hands‑on background in copper and fiber cabling Ability to read cable maps, work orders, and basic network diagrams Comfortable working overnight shifts consistently Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills Ability to lift equipment and work in data center physical environments #J-18808-Ljbffr The Archetype Strategy
