Job Requirements

• Active BLS certification required
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and a flexible schedule
• Comfortable floating between units based on facility needs
• Willingness to adapt to changing assignments and patient care priorities
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and support under the supervision of nursing staff
• Assist with activities of daily living, mobility, hygiene, and comfort measures
• Support patient safety, observation, and basic clinical assistance as assigned
• Float between hospital units as needed to meet changing care demands
• Maintain professionalism, reliability, and a collaborative approach in a fast-paced healthcare environment
