Internal Control Specialist/Manager

iGas is a leading refrigerant distributor and manufacturing company dedicated to operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and sustainable practices. We are seeking a highly analytical and hands‑on Internal Control Manager to strengthen our accounting function and ensure robust internal controls across the organization. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain internal control frameworks and policies Evaluate and improve accounting and operational processes to mitigate risk Ensure compliance with GAAP, company policies, and applicable regulations Lead internal audits and coordinate external audit activities Identify control gaps and recommend corrective actions Support month‑end and year‑end close processes from a controls perspective Partner with cross‑functional teams to strengthen internal controls across operations and manufacturing Monitor inventory controls, costing processes, and supply‑chain risks Prepare reports and present findings to senior leadership Train staff on internal control best practices and compliance standards Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (CPA preferred) 5+ years of experience in accounting, auditing, or internal controls Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal control frameworks (e.g., COSO) Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Business Central and internal control documentation Experience in manufacturing and/or distribution environments preferred High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Ability to work both strategically and hands‑on in a fast‑paced environment Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills #J-18808-Ljbffr iGas USA, Inc.
