• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled service
• Install, replace, and commission new HVAC equipment and systems
• Read and interpret plans, specifications, and equipment documentation
• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and team members
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles
• Mentor and assist apprentice and junior technicians
• Ensure all work complies with applicable codes and safety standards
• Experience servicing and installing commercial HVAC systems
• New Hampshire Gas Fitter’s License preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to safely lift 50+ pounds and work in a variety of jobsite conditions
