Buccos Roofing is growing fast across three states, and we need a creative force to match. The Content Creator & Videographer is the visual voice of the brand-out in the field capturing real crews, real customers, and real results, then turning that raw footage and imagery into content that drives awareness, trust, and leads. This isn't a desk job. You'll be at branch launches, community events, and job sites across PA, OH, and WV, building a content engine that reflects who we are and where we're headed. 

You'll own creative production from capture to delivery - video, photo, and print and work closely with our marketing partners to keep the brand sharp and consistent across every platform and every piece of collateral we put into the world. 

Beyond day-to-day branch content, this person will also work closely with the Buccos Roofing franchise 

team helping develop the brand story and producing content that supports franchise growth and 

recruitment. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

Video & Social Content 

• Travel across PA, OH, and WV branches to capture drone footage, before/after transformations, crew culture, customer testimonials, installs, and brand moments. 

• Edit and deliver platform-ready short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn on a consistent weekly cadence. 

Build and maintain a monthly content calendar in collaboration with our Marketing Partners. 

Deliver ad creative to our Marketing Partners on a defined schedule for paid social and Meta campaigns. 

• Document company milestones - new branch launches, key hires, large-scale projects, and community 

events. 

• Coordinate with the Community Outreach Coordinator to capture sponsorships and partnership 

activations. 

Print & Brand Design 

Support the design of print collateral: door hangers, yard signs, truck wraps, trade show materials, direct mail, and internal communications. 

Ensure visual consistency between digital content and printed materials across all branches. 

Assist with brand asset creation and maintain organized, up-to-date design files. 

Asset Management 

• 

Maintain a structured shared content library organized by branch, project type, and content format so 

assets are findable and reusable. 

Franchise Brand Development

• Partner with the franchise team to develop and articulate the Buccos Roofing brand story across video 

and visual content. 

• Produce content that supports franchise growth recruitment materials, culture videos, brand overview reels, and franchise-facing marketing assets. 

• Help establish a consistent visual identity and tone that translates across both company-owned branches 

and future franchise locations. 

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 

• 2+ years of video production and content creation experience trades, construction, home services, or real estate backgrounds a strong plus. 

• 

FAA Part 107 drone certification required (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire). 

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve for video editing; Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop or Illustrator for photo and design work. CapCut fluency a bonus. 

Working knowledge of print design standards: bleeds, resolution, file prep for commercial printing. 

Strong intuition for short-form vertical video and platform-native trends. 

Must be comfortable on active construction job sites. Roof access is never required great ground-level and drone angles tell the story just as well. 

• Reliable transportation and genuine willingness to travel between branches.

HOW WE'LL KNOW YOU'RE WINNING ( FIRST 90 DAYS) 

Minimum 3 short-form pieces delivered per branch per week, consistently. 

• 50+ usable ad creatives delivered to our Marketing Partners and ready to run. 

• A documented content workflow and asset management system that anyone on the team can follow. 

• 

Measurable organic engagement and follower growth across primary platforms. 

• At least one print project taken from concept through to production-ready files.
