The Co Team Leader is required to provide leadership for the successful operation of the entire sales floor and receiving area. The CTL creates and leads a sales team that is passionate about selling merchandise and ensuring a good associate and customer experience. Responsibilities include all aspects of merchandising, Associate development, customer service, and financial oversight.

Primary Responsibilities include assisting the Store Team Leader with managing payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and the timely completion of related reports to ensure financial and operational goals are met; demonstrating Ollie's "Yes I Care, Yes I Can" behaviors in providing exceptional Associate and Customer service experiences; ensuring that store standards, seasonal transition planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet all operational expectations; developing and executing talent planning to insure associate growth; ensuring proper scheduling and staffing for the business needs are met; and performing all functions to open and close the store when needed and any additional responsibilities and/or duties as assigned.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, minimum of 2 years' retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer, schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holiday seasonal on a regular basis, and a valid Driver's license.

Physical Requirements include the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, push and pull up to 35 pounds, and stand for extended periods and work in a safe manner.

Management experience with companies such as Walmart, 5 Below, Burlington Stores, Big Lots, Dollar General, Rural King, Gabes, Dicks Sporting Goods, and Bed Bath and Beyond translates well to this opportunity.
