Clinical Pharmacist

Compensation Salary Range: $67.61 - $94.12 per hour. The pay range above represents the lowest possible rate for the position and the highest possible rate. Factors that may be used to determine where newly hired employees will be placed in the pay range include the employee specific skills and qualifications, relevant years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Most often, a newly hired employee will be placed below the midpoint of the range. Responsibilities Clinical pharmacist works daily and in coordination with Pharmacy Clinical Coordinator to support evidence based medication use throughout the health system. The Clinical Pharmacist will provide pharmaceutical care, including medication therapy consultation, monitoring, patient specific regimen optimization, adverse event investigation, and drug side effect mitigation. Additional program support duties for the organization will include antimicrobial stewardship, drug education and training to Medical, Nursing and Pharmacy staff, and other projects and programs as designated by the pharmacy management team.
