Responsible for keeping the vehicles and the equipment maintained, ensuring that the vehicle has all necessary supplies. Completion of shift forms, advising office of any changes in shift schedule or patient care, Communicates with office in order to receive relevant data and instructions. Maintain a professional behavior, and attitudes in regards to customers, visitors, and coworkers. Completion of vehicle maintenance inspection prior to daily vehicle usage for safe and comfortable patient transport. Required to provide assistance with resident care within the facility and during outings when not providing transportation. Assist with transferring and balancing patients. Job Qualifications & Skills: High School Diploma or G.E.D certificate Current CPR and First Aide Certification Current and valid driver's license in appropriate State. Pass the company required motor vehicle background check and other State relevant background checks. Verbal and written communication skills Summary We Own It!.
