LEASING CONSULTANT

Job description A growing property management firm is seeking a Leasing Consultant to assist in the daily operation of our property in Corpus Christi - Sugar Tree Apartment Homes Responsibilities of a Leasing Consultant; Be comfortable touring the property and presenting apartments to prospective clients in a persuasive manner. Evaluate clients' requirements and financial prosperity to make personalized presentations. Validate application information and references. Negotiate leasing terms and complete agreements. Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically. WHAT WE REQUIRE: Outgoing, proactive, ambitious Strong admin and organizational skills Strong customer service, communication skills and sales skills Interpersonal Skills, ability to multitask Marketing Knowledge File management experience and computer proficiency , required Ability to work Saturdays, required Valid driver's license, required Yardi experience, preferred Leasing experience, preferred Successfully pass pre-employment background check and drug test, required COMPENSATION: Up to $16-17/hr. depending on experience.
