What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care in a Med Surg and Telemetry setting within a critical access hospital.
• Float to the emergency department when needed, applying your critical skills.
• Monitor patient vitals, administer treatments, and coordinate with healthcare team.
• Contribute to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Document patient information accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with physicians and other care team members to develop and implement care plans.

What You Need

Required:

• Valid RN license in the state of New Hampshire
• BLS certification
• Minimum of 2 years of Med Surg experience
• Experience working in a Critical Access Hospital
• Ability to float to the ED as needed

Preferred:

• Charge nurse or leadership experience
