Lead Business Analyst

Job Description Our client is launching a strategic initiative to improve the accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance of its Supplemental Health products and policy documentation. The team is developing a solution that will validate information across underwriting systems, customer data, contracts, and certificates to identify discrepancies, reduce compliance risk, and streamline review processes. Business Analysts will partner with business, compliance, and technology stakeholders to document requirements, define business rules, map workflows, and support solution delivery. This role is critical to ensuring the platform accurately reflects business processes and helps Prudential improve document quality, operational efficiency, and compliance across its Supplemental Health portfolio. Responsibilities Lead requirements elicitation sessions with business and technical stakeholders Document business processes, workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria Partner closely with Product Owners and project leadership to define priorities and roadmap objectives Translate complex business requirements into actionable development deliverables Drive backlog grooming, sprint planning, and requirements clarification activities Identify risks, dependencies, and process improvement opportunities Support UAT planning, execution, defect triage, and stakeholder communication Mentor and coordinate offshore Business Analysts to ensure consistency and quality Facilitate meetings and provide status updates to leadership teams Skills and Requirements 8+ years of Business Analysis experience Insurance experience requiredExperience leading large-scale enterprise initiatives Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills Demonstrated ability to work independently and influence cross-functional teams Experience with Agile delivery methodologies Excellent communication and leadership capabilities Experience supporting AI-enabled or data-driven platforms is a plus We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
