Key Responsibilities\n

• Function as an Independent Contractor, managing your workflow effectively to maintain a robust case load.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs, specifically targeting senior clients, to inform intervention strategies and case management.

• Research and connect clients with appropriate resources and services, ensuring they have support beyond therapy sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
