Production & Inspection Supervisor

Position Overview

Core Personnel is seeking a motivated, dependable, and organized Supervisor to lead our daily production and inspection operations. In this fast-paced environment, you will play a pivotal role in driving team performance, maintaining high-quality outputs, and upholding strict safety standards. Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and support daily production and inspection teams to meet departmental goals.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all team members strictly follow work instructions and quality standards.
Operational Monitoring: Track daily productivity, accuracy, and compliance with safety regulations.
Training & Development: Assist with onboarding new hires and providing ongoing training to the team.
Documentation: Maintain precise, up-to-date production logs and reporting records.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: Previous supervisory, team lead, or manufacturing/inspection experience is preferred.
Leadership Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and team-building abilities.
Adaptability: Proven ability to multitask and problem-solve effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-Oriented: High level of attention to detail to ensure quality control standards are met.
Tech Savvy: Basic computer literacy and documentation skills for accurate record-keeping.
Eligibility: Must meet all standard employment qualification criteria.
