Ability to manage workflow and deadlines.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Answer Phones in a timely and courteous mannerTake orders over the phone and provide customer serviceProduct descriptions to customersProcess customer billing and paymentsReview and process month end customer statementsReview and contact customer for past due invoicesUnderstand inventory entry and reconciliationCode and process AP invoices for paymentInternal and external customer servicesEducation:High School, GED, or equivalent is preferredSkills:Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to prioritize projects and strong problem-solving skillsGood research skills and attention to detail10-key skillsRequirements:2 years’ work experience in office environmentExperience with multi-line telephone Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesProficient in MS Word, MS Excel and MS OutlookTyping 45+ wpmPhysical Requirements:The working conditions and physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
