About YOU:

You’re equal parts creative and strategic. You don’t just write and build emails you create experiences. You understand how messaging, timing, and segmentation come together to guide customers through a journey from first touch to loyal advocate. You’re comfortable working inside ESPs and SMS platforms like Attentive, setting up automations, analyzing performance, and constantly optimizing. You think in flows, not just campaigns.

Responsibilities:

● Develop and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns across multiple brands

● Build and optimize customer journeys and automated flows (welcome, post-purchase, winback, abandoned cart, etc.)

● Write compelling, conversion-driven email and SMS copy aligned with each brand voice

● Segment audiences and personalize messaging to improve engagement and retention

● Manage campaign setup, scheduling, QA, and deployment within ESP/SMS platforms (e.g., Attentive and similar)

● Analyze campaign performance (open rates, CTR, revenue, retention) and continuously optimize

● Collaborate with creative teams on design, content, and campaign strategy

● Support and help manage cross-channel customer communications, including loyalty programs, reviews, and other retention and engagement platforms

● Partner with marketing, e-commerce, and product teams to align messaging with promotions and launches

● Maintain compliance with email/SMS best practices and regulations (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, etc.)

● Stay ahead of trends in lifecycle marketing, automation, and personalization What Will Make You Stand Out:

● 2–4 years of experience in email marketing, SMS marketing, or lifecycle marketing

● Hands-on experience with platforms like Attentive, Klayvio, Mailchimp, or similar tools

● Proven experience building and optimizing customer journeys and automations

● Strong copywriting skills with a focus on conversion and engagement

● Analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign performance and making data-driven decisions

● Familiarity with segmentation strategies, A/B testing, and personalization tactics

● Highly organized with strong attention to detail - you don’t miss a send

● A self-starter with bold ideas, collaborative energy, and the confidence to pitch CRM concepts.

● Ability to manage multiple brands and campaigns in a fast-paced environment

Compensation + Hours

This is a full-time position from 9:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday, working primarily in-person at headquarters. $60k yearly
