Job Summary The Physical Therapist delivers individualized therapy programs to maximize functional outcomes. Supervises therapy assistants and coordinates care with other services. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments and establish treatment goals for acute, rehab, or outpatient settings. Coordinate treatment with other clinical services. Modify care plans per patient needs. Educate patients, families, students, and colleagues. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy (Master’s preferred). Current State PT license or eligibility. Strong interpersonal, organizational, leadership, oral & written communication skills. Proficiency with computer software. BCLS certification (American Heart Association). New grads accepted.
