Warehouse Inventory & Accounting

We are a logistics and transportation company providing freight services throughout the East Coast and nationwide line-haul transportation across the United States. We are currently seeking a Warehouse Manager / Inventory & Accounting Coordinator to join our growing team. Job Responsibilities: Manage daily warehouse operations and inventory records Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments and maintain accurate stock records Coordinate warehouse documentation and inventory reporting Assist with billing, expense tracking, and financial record keeping Handle warehouse-related invoices, payments, and reconciliation Ensure warehouse organization and operational efficiency Requirements: Bilingual English and Mandarin Previous warehouse management experience required Accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred Familiar with inventory management and financial record systems Proficient in Microsoft Excel and office software Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible Strong communication and coordination skills Experience in logistics or transportation industry is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr 80s Express Inc
