A reputable heavy civil contractor in the Milwaukee area is hiring a Heavy Equipment Mechanic to support and maintain construction equipment and diesel trucks.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy equipment and diesel trucks
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues
• Work closely with operations to reduce equipment downtime
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment

Preferred Experience

• Experience as a diesel or heavy equipment mechanic
• Background with construction equipment and on-road trucks
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
• Field or shop experience preferred
