Key Responsibilities Conduct targeted urological physical exams and comprehensive patient history reviews Diagnose and manage common urological conditions, including UTIs, incontinence, and BPH Perform office-based procedures such as catheterizations, bladder scans, and cystoscopies Manage pre-operative and post-operative care for patients undergoing urological surgery Order and interpret laboratory tests, including urinalysis, PSA levels, and renal function panels Develop long-term treatment plans for chronic conditions like kidney stones and prostate health Qualifications Current NP or PA licensure (required) Board certification or board eligibility (required) 1-2 years of experience as a NP/PA with experience in Urology preferred Comfort with and interest in practicing in a rural community setting Competitive base salary ($145K+) Quality incentives up to $15K $20K commencement bonus $8,000 annual CME allowance, including licensing, dues, subscriptions, and paid CME time Student loan repayment Full benefits package including 401K with employer match Paid malpractice / professional liability coverage #J-18808-Ljbffr
