QUALITY ASSURANCE INSPECTOR I (MON-FRI 8AM-4:45PM)

Quality Assurance InspectorThe Quality Assurance Inspector will work in conjunction with the Quality Assurance Supervisor to support both internal and supplier conformance to standards of the Quality Management System.Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Perform receiving inspection per the established supplier audit programProcess incoming returns and perform initial returned product evaluationPerform sampled random audits of custom labeling, packaging, and assembly processesPerform sampled random audits of outbound shipmentsAssist with completion of internal audit scheduleAssist with inventory cycle countsMaintain daily communication with the Quality Supervisor in regard to trend and potential issuesAssist the Quality Supervisor in support control of Quality System documentation and quality recordsAssist assembly and warehouse functions as time permits.Qualification requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
