RN Critical Care Float Pool

In this role, you’ll provide advanced, evidence-based care to high-acuity patients across multiple ICU and step-down units, adapting quickly to varied clinical environments and teams. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, complex medication and device management, collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary staff, and education for patients and families.
