Contract | Night Shift (12-Hour Nights) | Every Other Weekend Required | 2 Holiday Shifts Required | 72 Hours Guaranteed Biweekly

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients presenting with traumatic injuries and acute medical emergencies in a Level 1 Trauma Center Emergency Department
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document care using Epic electronic health record system
• Administer and electronically record all medications delivered to patients in accordance with facility protocols
• Deliver timely, high-quality care across a large, state-of-the-art Emergency Department including fast-track, behavioral health, and private treatment areas
• Collaborate with an experienced, multidisciplinary ED team to manage high-acuity patient populations

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Massachusetts
• Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
• Level 1 Trauma Center experience required
• BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health record system
• Ability to commit to every other weekend and 2 holiday shifts per contract terms

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-volume, large-scale Emergency Department environment
• Familiarity with computerized medication administration and electronic charting workflows
